Payment

Payments are accepted through PayPal, a secure, easy-to-use, on-line payment system. You may already have an account. If not, you don’t need to sign up to use this service, and can pay directly through PayPal by credit card.

 

Shipping Terms & Rates

*Registered airmail | 8$ | worldwide

*EMS | express airmail service | 30$ | worldwide

Registered local mail | free | in Israel

Express local mail | 10$ | in Israel

 

In both shipping options – EMS and registered airmail – packages are assigned a tracking code and can be followed until they arrive at the destination.

All items are made-to-order in Israel and go into production only after full advance payment is made by the customer.

Orders are shipped within 7-30 business days, due to handcraft processing time.

Please note that registered mail takes longer than Express, and that delivery times are estimated. Delay may occur by the post / customs / holidays.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay any taxes that customs might claim.

Please contact me to make sure production time meets your needs. In case you need your order urgently please inform us and we promise to do our best to accommodate.

*Please notice to choose your prefered shipping method according to your destination. Due to differences on local/worldwide shipping rates, any mix of a chosen shipping rate with its wrong destination will cause a delay until it will be solved. We will contact you via email in this sort of case.

Returns for Exchanges

All jewelry is handmade with full care and attention and in the highest quality of craftsmanship. Please be aware that small imperfections may be evident due to the nature of handmade work.

We carefully check the details of an order and we go through rigorous quality testing, before a product is shipped, in order to ensure customer satisfaction. However, If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or if your item arrived to you damaged / parts are missing, you will  have a limited period of time to report to us about it and to choose whether you prefer to return the item and get a refund or exchange it.

Returns or exchanges are acceptable only in the following conditions – please read them carefully:

* Returns for Exchanges are accepted by notifying us and within 14 days of receiving the item. Shipping cost will not be returned to buyer and it is the buyer’s responsibility to pay for the return shipping costs. Notifications should be addressed to punkt.jewelry@gmail.com

* All jewelry must be unworn & unused and in its original condition and packaging as you received it.

* Items which are made to order by special request are non returnable.

* In case of an exchange to a different item, it is according to the new item’s original price, sale prices are not included.

* Only after a returned item has been received and inspected by us the exchange will occur.

* A receipt is required to accept and complete your return.

* Exchange allows to replace a damaged item with an identical, repaired one. Due to custom made special order costs, you cannot exchange a defective item with a different item/design.

*Acknowledging the inconvenience involved in cases of damaged products, please notice that if you choose to exchange a defected item (rather than return it), we will send you a repaired product free of shipping cost via registered airmail.

Returns for Refunds

* Refund requests are accepted only by notifying us within 48 hours from the reception of the item. Notifications should be addressed to punkt.jewelry@gmail.com

* All jewelry must be unworn & unused and in its original condition and packaging as you received it.

* Only after a returned item has been received and inspected by us the refund will occur.

* Refund is on an item’s value only with -5% off due to taxes. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

* The refund on returned items made of gold is 70% of the purchase value.

* Sale items cannot be refunded.

*The item should be sent back to the following address: Natalie Shabtai. 10 Malal St. Ramat-Gan, Israel zip 5239112.

*If shipping or customs taxes were incurred on a return product, it will deducted from the refund value.

*In order to avoid over-taxation, we highly recommend sending the item back using the same incoming shipment method.

*You should also consider using trackable shipping to make sure we receive your returned item.

*If the value of the returned item exceeds $85, you should consider purchasing a shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If you fail to notify us about damage within 48 hours any claim on damage will not be under Punkt’s responsibility and unfortunately exchanges & returns will not be accepted.

Order Cancellation Terms

If you would like to cancel your order, please send an email to punkt.jewelry@gmail.com within 24 hours of when the item was ordered. All pieces are made-to-order right after receiving your item ordering. Once 24 hours have passed and production begins, your order cannot be cancelled.

Repair Terms

If you would like to request any repairs for your items please contact us at punkt.jewelry@gmail.com. Depending on the extent of damage, repair on jewelry may be charged.

Regard blackening repairs please notice that blackening might come off during time, only in rings where the whole surface is painted in black. Therefor we offer a lifetime free service of renewing only blackenings.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay all shipping costs and taxes related to the mentioned above or to any other item repairs.
